Jadi, disebabkan aku baik >.< hehe, aku nak share resepi carbonara yang maha simple ni, ataupun dengan bahasa orang sekarang nih, resepi pasta senang gila nak mati (sebenarnya nak tulis ' respi pasta senang gila b**bi' tapi, potong selera plak baca nama hik hok tu kan)
okayy, let us proceed...... jeng jeng jeng.
Bahan - bahannya adalahh..
pasta (any kind of pasta, tapi aku prefer spaghetti)
half cups of cooking cream
one and a half cups of fresh milk
2 sausages (boleh juga guna bacon, tapi tak jumpa, so aku guna ayamas black pepper sausages)
a pinch of dry Italian herb (boleh guna basil, thyme, oregano, bay leaf. These are eg. for herb yg sesuai utk masak dgn pasta)
1 whole egg (sebagai thickening agent)
suku chicken stock (kiub)
1 clove garlic (yg sudah di chop)
Steps
as for the pasta
- masak spaghetti. berapa lama tu, ikut la masa yg ditulis kat packaging pasta tu. I always season the water to blanch the pasta and letak sikit minyak masak. lepas pasta tu da masak, toss and put under running water to stop the cooking process.
- sediakan pan atau kuali utk masak sauce. first, panaskan minyak.
- then, saute garlic, agak2 garlic tu nak brown, masukkan dry herb, chicken stock along with the sausage. saute sampai naik bau, kejap je.
- masukkan cream dgn fresh milk. let them simmer for a while. at this stage, the sauce will not be thick enaugh. *almost forgot , time nilah kita adjust seasoning ikut tekak masing2.
- to thicken the sauce, add the egg. masukkan telur sikit2 then whisk them. lepastu tutup api cepat2 supaya telur tu tak terlampau masak sangat.
wallahhh, inilah hasilnya.
and disebabkan tekak aku ni still tekak melayu, aku tabur sikit cili padi bagi lagi kick.
